3. Prohibited Uses
- Reselling or redistributing the SalesForge Pro source code.
- Creating competing products based on our code.
- Using the tool to create pages with illegal, offensive, or fraudulent content.
4. Intellectual Property
All code, design, templates, and the interface of SalesForge Pro are the exclusive property of the developer. The pages you create using the tool belong to you.
5. Limitation of Liability
SalesForge Pro is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that it will be error-free or that specific sales results will be achieved. In no event shall we be liable for indirect damages or lost profits.
6. Refund and Cancellation
Refunds are subject to our 60-day guarantee. After this period, no refunds will be issued. Access cannot be canceled unilaterally by the user, but we reserve the right to terminate accounts in case of serious violations.
